The sparkling Falanghina is an excellent aperitif. It is ideally combined with Mediterranean dishes such as antipasti, rice and pasta with seafood. Among the dishes it is recommended with grilled or fried fish or with delicate sauces, crustaceans. Use a flute glass to encourage to spread its effervescence. Serving temperature 8-10°C.
